The forest is eerily quiet in the moment before dawn breaks. A smokeless fire does little to warm the chill from the bones of the vagabonds camped overnight. Rogene speaks little, but she is still marked apart by her rescuers, silver and purple eyes denoting her as an enemy of the state.
